Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 125 ml water
- Salt
- 200 g double cream
- 200 g onion(s)
- 100 g bacon
- some sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Make a dough from flour, oil, water, and salt; it shouldn’t feel sticky. Thinly slice the onions; cut the bacon into thin, narrow strips. Roll out the dough very thinly and spread with double cream (or crème fraîche mixed with a little sweet cream). Arrange the onions and bacon on top. Bake in the preheated oven at the highest setting for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the crust is crispy.
