Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 5 onions, cut into rings
- 200 g blue cheese, Bavaria blu, Gorgonzola or other
- 1 handful of olives, black
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Blue cheesecake, few ingredients, quick to make and delicious
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Sauté the oil and onion rings in a pan over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the onions are golden brown. Let cool slightly. Crumble the cheese over the pastry, leaving a border, then top with onions, olives, thyme, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes, until the pastry has risen and is golden brown.
