Onion Chutney

The perfect onion chutney recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 piece Roughly chopped onions
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 100 Milliliters Apple cider vinegar 5%
  • 100 Milliliters White balsamic vinegar
  • 100 Milliliters Quince juice
  • 2 piece Cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Colorful peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Hot pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Skin the onions and do not cut them, peel and core the apple and also cut into small pieces.
  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook to a jam consistency over a low heat.
  1. Bring the dolle to the boil again and pour it into glasses while still boiling. Close immediately and turn upside down. The chutney tastes excellent with grilled meat.
