Ingredients
- 10 piece Roughly chopped onions
- 1 piece Apple
- 100 Milliliters Apple cider vinegar 5%
- 100 Milliliters White balsamic vinegar
- 100 Milliliters Quince juice
- 2 piece Cloves
- 2 teaspoon Colorful peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Hot pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Skin the onions and do not cut them, peel and core the apple and also cut into small pieces.
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook to a jam consistency over a low heat.
- Bring the dolle to the boil again and pour it into glasses while still boiling. Close immediately and turn upside down. The chutney tastes excellent with grilled meat.
