Ingredients
 

  • 10 piece Roughly chopped onions
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 100 Milliliters Apple cider vinegar 5%
  • 100 Milliliters White balsamic vinegar
  • 100 Milliliters Quince juice
  • 2 piece Cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Colorful peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Hot pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Skin the onions and do not cut them, peel and core the apple and also cut into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook to a jam consistency over a low heat.
  • Bring the dolle to the boil again and pour it into glasses while still boiling. Close immediately and turn upside down. The chutney tastes excellent with grilled meat.
