Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, white
- e.g. paprika powder
- 6 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Warning: Bad breath is inevitable!
Peel the onions and garlic. Quarter the onions and puree them with the garlic and oil using a hand blender or a food processor. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Marinate the grilled meat in this mixture, ideally overnight.
