Onion Plum Pizza

The perfect onion plum pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Pizza dough finished product
  • 3 Pc. Onion red
  • 2 rods Leek
  • 180 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 12 Pc. Plums
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 2 dl Federweißer
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees depending on the type of oven
  2. Cut the onions into rings, place in the pan with a little olive oil and sauté briefly, then add the wine in sips and let it evaporate. You can only use enough so that when the onions are steamed enough that the wine has been consumed
  3. Cut the leek into rings and steam until it is firm to the bite
  4. Pierce the dough – a little bacon cubes on the dough, then spread the crème fraiche over the dough
  5. Then spread the bacon cubes over it and cover with the leek and onions
  6. At the very end, distribute the plum quarters over the top
  7. Then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (depending on the type of oven)
