Plum Pizza
The perfect plum pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pizza dough
- 1 kg Plums
- 8 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 1 shot Milk
- Roll out a pizza dough (ready-made product, or see my cookbook) on a baking sheet.
- Wash, stone and halve the plums and spread on the pizza dough.
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg white, add milk to the egg yolk, add sugar and cinnamon, stir with a mixer and pour over the plums, bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg white until stiff, distribute it on the cake and bake for another 15 minutes until the egg white has turned a nice brown color.
- This cake is somewhere between pizza and cake, therefore not at all sweet, so if you want it sweet, you have to sprinkle it with sugar before baking.
