Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • ½ liter buttermilk
  • 1 cube of yeast (fresh)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 50 g onion(s), roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super delicious with grilled food! Super easy to make!

Dissolve the yeast with the sugar. Make a smooth dough from the flour, buttermilk, salt, onions, and yeast (best kneaded in a bread maker). Then let it rise for about 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place small heaps of dough onto the baking sheet using a tablespoon. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
