Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • 2 points yeast, fresh
  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 200 g onion(s), roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the buttermilk until lukewarm. Stir the yeast, salt, and sugar into the buttermilk. Using a dough hook, mix in the flour. Then add the fried onions. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough and shape it into a roll. Score the top, brush with a little water, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes.
