Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 800 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 packets of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. The dough will still be a bit sticky. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Prick with a fork and bake at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
