Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 large onions, red
  • 250 g hunting sausage
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 1 m.-large gherkin(s)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 jar mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onions and mix with the sugar and vinegar. Let it all sit overnight. Then drain the liquid and place the onions in a bowl. Chop all the other ingredients, such as the sausage, apples, cucumber, and mushrooms, and add them to the onions. Then add the mayonnaise. I also add a little parsley and no spices.
