Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • some oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 cube of meat broth
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 3 tsp sauce powder for fine sauce
  • some sauce thickener, darker

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion and fry in hot oil, then add the water and stock cube, followed by the wine and gravy powder. Stir everything well. Finally, add the gravy thickener, if desired. Pork medallions go well with this dish. If possible, you can fry the onions in the meat’s cooking juices and prepare the gravy there.
