Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 400 ml vegetable broth, hot
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 cup crème fraîche (alternatively Alprosoja Cuisine)
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic or parsley or similar, dried
  • pepper
  • Oil (sunflower oil)
  • possibly flour for binding

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

goes well with pasta or potatoes

Peel and finely dice the onions. Sauté in hot oil for about 5-7 minutes. Peel and press the garlic cloves, then add them. Finely slice the chili pepper. Chop the walnuts less finely. Stir both ingredients in. Pour in the hot vegetable stock and sprinkle with the herbs and Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper if desired and stir in the crème fraîche, but do not allow to boil again. Thicken with a little flour if desired.
