Baked Maultaschen

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 Maultasche(s) (refrigerated section)
  • 2 eggs
  • some milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into small pieces. Heat the butter in an ovenproof pan and briefly fry the Maultaschen. Mix the eggs and milk together and stir in a little of the cheese. Add this mixture to the Maultaschen in the pan and heat briefly again. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the Maultaschen and season to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat). Once the cheese has melted and is slightly browned, the Maultaschen are ready to serve.
