Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g onion(s)
- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- Water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
(Type: light)
Sauté the thinly sliced onions in butter until light yellow. Sprinkle with flour and let it brown slightly. Slowly deglaze with cold milk. Add enough water to make the soup thick. Season with pepper and salt. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
