Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 onions
- 50 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 120 g cheese, grated
- 75 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onions. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and sauté. Pour in the vegetable stock. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the onions are soft. Stir in the cheese and simmer over low heat until the cheese has melted. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
