Onion Steak

The perfect onion steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Pork schnitzel
  • 200 g Cream 30% fat
  • 300 g Sour cream
  • 1 bag Maggi onion soup
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 2 size Onion
  • Oil
  1. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Put the onion slices in a pan and sauté with a little oil until translucent. Beat the schnitzel, cut in half and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Put the schnitzel in a prepared dish and spread the onion over it. Mix the sour cream, cream and onion soup well in a mixing bowl and distribute everything over the onion. Now place the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees upper and lower heat and bake for approx. 35 – 40 minutes.
