Onion Steak
The perfect onion steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Pork schnitzel
- 200 g Cream 30% fat
- 300 g Sour cream
- 1 bag Maggi onion soup
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 size Onion
- Oil
- Peel, halve and slice the onion. Put the onion slices in a pan and sauté with a little oil until translucent. Beat the schnitzel, cut in half and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Put the schnitzel in a prepared dish and spread the onion over it. Mix the sour cream, cream and onion soup well in a mixing bowl and distribute everything over the onion. Now place the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees upper and lower heat and bake for approx. 35 – 40 minutes.
