Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 20 onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 30 g butter
- ½ liter meat broth
- 2 tbsp sherry
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the onions. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then gradually sauté the onions in a sieve over the water (al dente). Place all the onions in a pot with the ingredients and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Caution: This is not intended to be a soup. This goes perfectly with grilled food.
