Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 orange(s), organic, grated peel
  • 1 cup sunflower oil, approx. 120 ml
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy, 12 muffins

Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in the eggs, oil, orange juice, and zest. Pour the batter into a 12-cup muffin tin and bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
