Orange and Amaretto Sponge Cake

- 4 piece Oranges
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Cream curd
- 8 piece Apricots fresh
- 100 g Ladyfingers
- For the orange-amaretto sponge cake, squeeze 2 oranges and mix with approx. 50 ml amaretto.
- Mix the mascarpone and quark well with the whisk until frothy. Chop the apricots with the remaining oranges, puree and refine with a little amaretto.
- Crumble the biscuits into the juice of the oranges and let them steep. Layer the cream, fruit pulp and biscuit alternately in a bowl.
