Avocado Cream with Salmon

The perfect avocado cream with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Avocado
  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 bunch Dill
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard coarse
  • 500 g Salmon fresh
  1. Cut the avocados in half and carefully hollow them out, put the empty pods aside.
  1. Mix the pulp well with the cream cheese, cream, coarse mustard, chopped dill and the juice of a lemon – season with salt and pepper and stir until creamy.
  1. Cut 3,350 g salmon into fine strips and fold in. Pour the cream back into the halves of the avocados and garnish with the remaining salmon. Serve with toasted bread.
