Avocado Cream with Salmon

- 3 piece Avocado
- 500 g Cream cheese
- 100 ml Cream
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard coarse
- 500 g Salmon fresh
- Cut the avocados in half and carefully hollow them out, put the empty pods aside.
- Mix the pulp well with the cream cheese, cream, coarse mustard, chopped dill and the juice of a lemon – season with salt and pepper and stir until creamy.
- Cut 3,350 g salmon into fine strips and fold in. Pour the cream back into the halves of the avocados and garnish with the remaining salmon. Serve with toasted bread.
