Ingredients
 

  • 3 Avocado
  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 bunch Dill
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard coarse
  • 500 g Salmon fresh

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half and carefully hollow them out, put the empty pods aside.
  • Mix the pulp well with the cream cheese, cream, coarse mustard, chopped dill and the juice of a lemon - season with salt and pepper and stir until creamy.
  • Cut 3,350 g salmon into fine strips and fold in. Pour the cream back into the halves of the avocados and garnish with the remaining salmon. Serve with toasted bread.
