- 3 oranges
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 spring onion(s)
- pepper
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- Oil (orange oil)
- curry powder

Summer party hit as a side dish
Using a sharp knife, remove the peel and any white parts from the oranges, then slice the fruit into not-too-thick slices. Arrange the slices on a plate, as you would with tomato and mozzarella. Finely chop or crumble the feta cheese and scatter it over the orange slices. Top with the thinly sliced spring onions. Grind the pepper over the oranges, then carefully drizzle with white balsamic vinegar and then the orange oil. Finally, sprinkle with curry powder. Let everything marinate for a while before serving.
