Orange and Marzipan Balls
The perfect orange and marzipan balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Marzipan
- 75 g Orange peel
- Orange zest
- 1,5 tsp Apricot brandy
- Coconut flakes
- Puree the orange peel together with the brandy. Stir in a little orange zest. If necessary, pour in some orange juice until a smooth mass has formed. But don’t make it too runny.
- Now knead the orange mixture with the marzipan (it is best to dust your hands with some icing sugar so it doesn’t stick) and then shape into balls.
- Roll the balls in coconut flakes and then best place them in small paper cases.
