Orange Blossom Quark with Marinated Blueberries

The perfect orange blossom quark with marinated blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Orange blossom curd

  • 150 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Orange blossom water
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 3 leaf Gelatin

  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cointreau

Orange blossom curd

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Heat the cream together with the orange blossom water and raw cane sugar – do not boil. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve in the cream while stirring. Add the quark spoon by spoon and stir very well and then pour into dessert glasses and let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  1. Put the blueberries in a bowl, add the sugar and the Cointreau, mix well and let it steep for a while.
