Potato Salad on Lettuce Leaves

  • 1 Cup Ground pepper a.d.M
  • 1 small Dash of linseed oil

  1. Peel the still hot jacket potatoes, cut into small pieces and place in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Then add the chopped onions, a little vegetable salt, a little water and about 3-4 tablespoons of linseed oil, stir everything briefly, round off with freshly ground pepper.
  3. Let it steep for a few more minutes.
