  • 1 packet of baking powder

quick, easy and super juicy

Grease a cake pan (bundt cake, wreath cake, loaf pan, etc.) and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Then stir in the oil, juice, and orange zest. Mix the flour with the baking powder and quickly stir in. Pour into the pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack. You can frost it while it’s still warm if you want it to set a little; otherwise, let it cool first. If you like, you can also use a different topping (e.g., frosting).
