Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 orange(s), untreated
- 180 g butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar, fine
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- some orange juice
- some orange peel, untreated, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
1 cup = 250 ml
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the orange (including the peel) in a blender and puree thoroughly. Now add the remaining ingredients and blend again until well blended. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. For the glaze, mix the ingredients thoroughly until it reaches the right consistency and slowly pours over the cake.
