- 200 g flour
- 75 g sugar, brown
- 1 orange(s), organic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 75 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g butter, cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 44 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Rinse the orange with hot water, dry it, and finely grate the zest. Combine all ingredients except the butter in a mixing bowl and cut the butter into small pieces. Knead well. Scoop out walnut-sized pieces of dough, flatten them slightly, and place them on the baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack with the parchment paper to cool.
