Mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder, and sift it into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest, egg and butter. Using a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix the ingredients thoroughly, first briefly on the lowest speed and then on the highest speed. Cut the chocolate into small pieces, knead it in briefly on a medium speed, then knead everything on a work surface until you have a smooth dough. Form the dough into three rolls about 3 cm thick, press them out so that the dough strips are about 5 cm wide and a good 1 cm thick, and chill until the dough has hardened. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough strips into slices just under 1/2 cm thick, place these on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
