Orange couscous

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp couscous
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tsp almond(s), ground
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon, to taste
  • 60 ml cream
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very quick and sophisticated and delicious for the baby

Boil water, remove the pot from the heat, stir in the couscous with a whisk, and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the oranges, remove the seeds and as much of the white pith as possible, and then cut into small pieces. Stir the couscous and mix with the almonds, cinnamon, and cream. Finally, fold in the oranges. This serving is enough for one adult and one baby, or for 2-3 baby portions.
