Chocolate semolina porridge with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 3 tbsp raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

an evening porridge from the 8th month

Heat the milk. Whisk in the semolina and cocoa powder. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes while stirring. Peel the pear, core it, chop it, and puree it or mash it with a fork. Transfer the semolina to a plate and fold in the pear puree. Puree the thawed raspberries with the powdered sugar, strain through a sieve, and then pour it over the porridge as a sauce.
