Orange-mango smoothie with oat flakes and ginger

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 oranges, one of which is organic
  • 150 g mango(s), peeled
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes, flower-soft
  • some ginger, peeled, grated
  • possibly agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and dry the oranges, then use a zester to scrape about 1/4 teaspoon of peel from the organic orange. Juice the oranges, cut the mango into chunks, and blend it in a blender with yogurt, oatmeal, ginger, and orange zest until smooth. Sweeten with agave syrup or honey, if desired.
