Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g almonds
- 1 tbsp smoked salt and sea salt in equal parts

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the almonds thoroughly in a sieve and let them drain slightly. Place the almonds in a bowl while still wet and mix in the salt (amount to taste). Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 15-18 minutes. Be sure to check after 15 minutes to see if the almonds are cooked through. Burnt almonds (you won’t necessarily notice this right away, so try carefully) are definitely worth throwing away. Let them cool and enjoy.
