Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 mango(s)
- 3 oranges
- 1 m.-sized apple, sour
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 piece(s) turmeric
- 1 small piece(s) of ginger root
- 1 large onion(s)
- 100 ml herbal vinegar
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 40 ml port wine
- 1 pinch of salt

Peel and deseed the tomatoes. Fillet the oranges. Peel the apple, mango, and onion. Cut all ingredients into small pieces and simmer in a saucepan with herb vinegar, tomato juice, and port wine, covered, for 2 hours. Add the finely chopped turmeric, chili pepper, and ginger, and season the chutney with salt. Then pour the hot chutney into prepared jars. Turn the jars upside down and let the contents cool. This way, it will keep for months.
