Ingredients

Orange marzipan mass

  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 16 g Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Orange zest fine
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp Rose water

required for molding:

  • 1 tsp Cooking oil
  • 6 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Grind the almonds sufficiently finely beforehand. Rub off enough zest from a hot-washed organic orange and squeeze out the juice.

Orange marzipan mass:

  • Mix the almond flour, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, honey, orange zest and orange juice well together, stir in a water bath so that everything dissolves better and forms a viscous mass. Finally mix in some rose water.

Further processing:

  • This can be processed in praline molds or rolled (wear food gloves) with cling film. Edible oil are used as a release agent and z. B. Coconut flakes suitable for decorating and rolling out. The taste is, by the way, very appealing and strikingly tasty. For those with a sweet tooth: it is forbidden to snack before!
