Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g rusks, finely crumbled
- 125 g butter, melted
- 325 g mascarpone
- 125 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey, creamy
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 orange(s), filleted
- 150 ml orange juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

from the 18 cm springform pan
Combine the rusk crumbs with the butter and press firmly onto the bottom and sides of an 18 cm springform pan. Chill. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, juice, honey, and cinnamon until smooth. Spread over the crumb base. Chill again for a while until a firm surface forms. Then spread the orange segments on top. Mix the cornstarch with a little juice. Bring the juice to a boil, then add the mixed cornstarch and cook until a glaze forms. Pour over the orange segments. Allow to set.
