Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 1 Orange
- 2 sheet Gelatin
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
- Amarena cherries
Instructions
- Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with half of the sugar until stiff. Whip the whipped cream without sugar until stiff.
- Wash the orange and rub the peel, squeeze out the juice.
- Soak gelatine in lukewarm water for 5 minutes
- Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar in the steam bath with a whisk until lightly foamy.
- Add gelatine to the egg yolk, stir well.
- Add orange juice and orange peel, stir well.
- Now place the bowl in cold water and keep stirring until the mixture is lukewarm.
- Gradually fold in the egg whites and whipped cream.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
