From the ingredients for the base batter, make a batter that’s difficult to pull off a spoon. Cream the butter until fluffy, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and stir until a creamy white mixture forms. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time. Then add the flour, milk, and baking powder and beat briefly. Stir the orange zest, orange juice, poppy seeds, and 20g of sugar into one half of the batter. Pour both batters alternately into a loaf pan and marble. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with the icing. Tip: After 2 days, it will be beautifully set and taste super moist!
