Orange Salad with Honey Yogurt
The perfect orange salad with honey yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Oranges
- 3 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 3 tbsp Orange liqueur
- 1 a cup Greek yogurt
- 1,5 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
- Peel the oranges so that no white skin can be seen and cut into fillets. Catch the juice in the process.
- Let the sugar caramelize in a pan and deglaze with orange juice. Boil off the caramel. Take the pan off the heat, add the orange fillets and mix well with the juice. Pour into a bowl, add the orange liqueur and leave to marinate in the cold for about 2 hours.
- Roast the chopped walnuts in a non-stick pan without any fat. Take out and set aside. Mix the yogurt with honey. Spread the orange salad on dessert plates, pour a little honey yoghurt over each and serve sprinkled with walnuts.
