Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 large oranges
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 handful of black olives
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar or honey
  • possibly mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the oranges and cut out the segments. If you prefer a coarser cut, you can also dice them. Finely slice the bell peppers, and dice the peeled onion and chili pepper. Pit and quarter the olives. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar (and perhaps a little mustard) to make a vinaigrette and drizzle over the ingredients. Serve cold. As a side dish to game and poultry, but also with other dishes for a change.
