Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 125 ml water
- 5 eggs
- Lemon peel, grated
- 200 g sugar
- 4 orange(s), juice
- 15 ml Maraschino
- 1 orange(s), cut into wedges
- cream (whipped cream)
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quickly knead all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry together and then let it rest in a cool place for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and line a tart or springform pan with it, pressing up the edges slightly. Prick the dough several times with a fork and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Beat the eggs with sugar and lemon zest until frothy. Add the orange juice and maraschino and mix until smooth. Pour the frothy mixture onto the pre-baked base and bake at 150°C for another 20 minutes. Garnish with orange wedges, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings.
