Orange-Vanilla Oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 120 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), the pulp
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes, roasted without fat
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Oat flakes soaked overnight

If necessary, toast the coconut flakes in a dry pan. The night before, place the oat flakes in a glass or bowl. Pour in the juice and mix with the vanilla bean pulp, then refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add the coconut flakes and fruit.
