Overnight oats with currants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g melon(s) (Galia melon), the pulp of which
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g currants

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 5 minutes

Oat flakes soaked overnight

Puree the melon flesh and milk, then add the oats, mix well, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix the quark with half of the currants and pour it over the oat mixture. Finally, sprinkle the remaining berries on top.
