Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp sea salt, coarse
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 orange(s) (organic, untreated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Grind the grated zest of an organic orange with rosemary and sea salt in a mortar and pestle. Place on a plate and let it dry for a few hours. If it clumps, grind it again in the mortar and pestle. Pour into a jar and seal. It goes well with homemade French fries, as a seasoning for grilled meat and fish, etc.
