Oriental dip with yogurt and tahini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt, 10% fat, Turkish or Greek that is really firm
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 3 sprigs of leaf parsley
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. cumin
  • n. B. Black pepper, freshly ground
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together yogurt, lime juice, tahini, and olive oil until smooth. Peel and press the garlic clove. Strip the parsley from the stems and chop. Stir both into the other ingredients and season to taste. Tastes great with grilled or oven-baked vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, peppers, carrots, leeks, etc.
