Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Harissa paste
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 200 ml Water
- Salt pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Fry with the minced meat in a little heated oil in a pan for a few minutes. Dice zucchini and add. Stir in tomato paste, toast briefly, then pour in chopped tomatoes. Stir in harissa.
- Add cumin, salt and pepper. Pour in enough water (approx. 200 ml) so that it does not become too runny. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If you want, you can add 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock powder. If you like it spicier, just add a little more harissa.
- This fits e.g. bulgur, couscous, flatbread, rice etc. Instead of zucchini you can of course also use other vegetables.
