Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced beef or lamb and beef mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp hot pepper paste
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 handful of parsley, flat
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp Ras el Hanout
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onions, garlic, and parsley. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt. Form small balls and fry them in a pan with a little oil until browned on all sides. The meatballs are delicious hot or cold.
