Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 10 kiwis
  • 5 oranges
  • 50 ml Cremefine Vanilla
  • 200 ml sparkling wine
  • 50 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pack of sauce powder (custard without cooking)
  • 100 g almond(s) (flakes), roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Orange and kiwi meet sparkling wine foam

Peel and dice the kiwis. Peel and segment the oranges, removing all the rind (including the white pith) and segmenting them. Mix both ingredients in a large bowl and chill until ready for dessert. Divide the fruit salad among deep dessert plates and set aside. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients (except the flaked almonds). Shake well in a dressing shaker, or whip with a hand blender or mixer. Drizzle one or two tablespoons of the sparkling wine foam over the fruit, sprinkle with flaked almonds, and serve. It’s a great accompaniment to a heavy winter meal and provides the vitamins you need to stay healthy throughout the winter.
