very simple and very tasty
The seasoning oil can be quickly prepared to your liking. I mix olive oil with a heaped teaspoon of salted soup vegetables and a pinch of chili (there are several recipes for salted soup vegetables in the database). You can also use a different oil and simply season with salt and pepper. Or add dried herbs, chili, or soy sauce if desired. It should taste strongly salty and spicy. In a bowl or directly in the baking dish, mix the cauliflower florets thoroughly with the oil; this is best done by hand. Each floret should be coated with oil. Place in a baking dish large enough so that the florets do not overlap and bake the cauliflower at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
