Bell peppers with mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • olive oil
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables. First, fry the mushrooms in olive oil in a very hot pan, then remove and set aside. Then, fry the peppers and onion. After about 5 minutes, add the zucchini and fry. Season with herb salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the fried mushrooms. Season everything again with herb salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
