Cut 200g of celery into large cubes, dip in a mixture of flour, soy milk or water, salt, and pepper, and coat on all sides in breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet brushed with oil or lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). You can also slice the celery to make celery cutlets. In this case, increase the baking time by approximately 5-10 minutes.
